Life Mentor Global Ltd is the company behind Chief of You® modern leadership, founded in 2025 by Szilvia Kocsy: Chief of Staff, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, AI advocate since 2013, and author of Chief of You®: Becoming Chosen (2027).
20+ years of experience across 21 sectors, including 15 years at PwC and 4 years as Chief of Staff to LinkedIn's Managing Director for EMEA and LATAM. Based in the UK, working with clients across the UK, US and EU.
I am on a mission to redefine relevance in the AI era. So I started with myself. After my role was eliminated, I redefined what success means to me: experiences, as they both shape and anchor us. Feedback from over a hundred founders in recent weeks: "You're so authentic." "Your energy is magnetic." "Your talk was captivating. I couldn't get distracted and I have ADHD."
That is why I designed Chief of You® for transformation: authentic, confident leadership that becomes part of how your career, team or organisation operates, building credibility and trust alongside AI relevance. This comes to life through keynotes and workshops, the book I am writing, and mentoring.
